Description

The rotary device of TRAY SEALER type is designed for the thermo- sealing of the food products in trays, plastic packages in a modified atmosphere MAP in the plants of low, medium or high production volume . Standard equipment includes a vacuum pump with a mechanical separator (it works on photo-mark placed on the printed film ). The devices are prepared to run standard packaging formats , it is also possible to customize them for non-standard sizes .

The basic operation of the device :
The operator lays the packages with a product on the inlet conveyor in 1 or 2 rows, then the system automatically introduces packages to the rotary thermo- sealing zone, where the following operations are performed :

  • Generation of vacuum in the package ( VACUM )
  • Injection of inert gas mixtures (MAP)
  • Thermo-sealing of package with a film unwound from a roll
  • Cut out the foil on package.
  • After the thermo-sealing process, the packages will automatically be transferred to the collecting conveyor .

Additional features possible to fix on a step-conveyor feeding the trays to the rotary sealing zone :

  • Automatic feeder for empty packages
  • Zone of manual supplementing product
  • Dispensers - volumetric , weight , flowmetric
