Description

Rotary packing machine designed for filling and packing food products into plastic cups, sealed with thermo-sealing lid and covered with an additional plastic lid.

The main elements of the rotary packing machine consist of subassemblies, which perform a rotational movement of the rotary table:

  • worm transmission / servo drive

Around the rotary table, which is equipped with the plates  with slots , there are placed separate working stations, such as:

  • Cups feeding station
  • Pre-filler
  • Product main dyspenser
  • Post-filler
  • Aluminium lids feeding station
  • Thermo-sealing station for sealing cup with lids  
  • Additional plastic lids feeding station  
  • System for transfering the closed cups onto the collecting conveyor
  • Collecting conveyor

The device is also equipped with a PLC , which controls the fully automatic process of packing , while the touch screen provides an easy operation due to the use of graphical icons .
