Description

The rotary packaging machine is designed for dispensing and packaging of food products into finished plastic cups , sealed with thermo-sealing alu-lid, and an additional plastic cover.

The machine's design ensures a simple and practical way of operating. Robust design and high quality materials used for the construction of the machine, ensure long-term operation and resistance for adverse conditions in food processing plants .

The main element of the rotary packing machine are actuating sub assemblies, such as a worm transmission / servo drive, which perform a rotational movement of the rotary table.

Around the rotary table equipped with cassettes with slots there are respective executive stations, such as:

  • Cup feeding station
  • Pre-filler
  • Main-filler
  • After-filler
  • Aluminum lids feeding station
  • Thermo-sealing station (sealing the lid with the cup)
  • Additional plastic caps feeding station
  • System of transporting ready cups to collecting conveyor
  • Collecting conveyor

The device is also equipped with a PLC , which controls the fully automatic process of packing . The touch control panel provides an easy operation due to the use of graphical icons.
